PMS 1595 C from the Pantone PMS collection is a saturated, medium-dark orange hue commonly selected for its energetic and vivid appearance. This color is perceived as bold, assertive, and attention-grabbing, with a warm and dynamic vibe. PMS 1595 C is valued in visual branding and display applications where high-impact and strong visibility are required, especially in environments where color differentiation is critical.

PMS 1595 C appears distinctly medium-dark in tone, supported by its LRV of 22.93. The color exhibits a strong warm tendency with a pronounced orange hue. This color is highly saturated, producing vividness and intensity in both print and paint applications. PMS 1595 C carries a subtle underlying red-brown undertone, increasing visual depth in larger fields. The color demonstrates moderate finish sensitivity; gloss levels can intensify perceived brightness and chroma.

PMS 1595 C performs well when used to create high-visibility graphics, branded environments, display fabrication, or marketing materials requiring a strong and energetic orange. When specifying for paint or coatings, allow for finish and lighting variations that can increase brightness or shift undertones. On large surfaces, application technique and opacity may impact uniformity due to the high chroma; care with surface prep and number of coats is advised. Relative to other strong oranges in the PMS system, PMS 1595 C maintains a balanced warmth and is less yellow-leaning or brown-leaning than adjacent colors, offering reliable color stability for branding and display use.

PMS 165 C – More chromatic and vivid, with a noticeable increase in brightness and saturation.

PMS 1665 C – Deeper and redder, reading as a more intense and richer orange-red.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pantone™ PMS 1595 C

Can I use Pantone PMS 1595 C as a touch-up match for an existing finished product?

Pantone PMS 1595 C should not be used as a touch-up specification for existing products or finished surfaces. Pantone PMS codes provide a color target only and do not specify sheen, substrate, coating type, or the finish conditions of your original item. Variations in gloss, base material, or paint technology can create visible differences even if the same color code is used. If you need to match an existing finish precisely for spot applications, supply a physical sample of your actual part for a custom match instead of specifying the Pantone code.

How can I receive Pantone PMS 1595 C paint quickly if I have a tight deadline?

If you need Pantone PMS 1595 C on a short timeline, expedited production can be selected during checkout. After submitting your order, you can contact MyPerfectColor for confirmation on expected ship dates or to discuss critical deadlines. Planning ahead and communicating your needs helps ensure the fastest delivery for your brand or display project.

How can Pantone PMS 1595 C paint be used in prototyping or concept models?

Pantone PMS 1595 C is commonly specified for prototypes and concept models where accurate brand color representation is needed for design reviews or visual presentations. Custom spray paint and other paint formats are available to match this color, allowing you to apply it to most common prototype materials. Test panels or sample parts are recommended to evaluate color and finish before final builds, as highly saturated oranges like PMS 1595 C may require multiple coats for full coverage and may appear different depending on lighting and surface preparation.

What do I need to know about applying Pantone PMS 1595 C paint to plastics or low-surface-energy materials?

Pantone PMS 1595 C paint can be used on plastics, but plastics vary widely in how they accept coatings. Many low-surface-energy materials such as polypropylene or polyethylene need specific primers or surface preparation steps for the paint to adhere properly. Always test the paint and primer combination on the actual plastic you intend to use before starting production. Proper surface cleaning and using a recommended primer can help achieve both adhesion and brand color accuracy for your project.

How quickly will I receive my paint matched to Pantone PMS 1595 C?
All paint is custom-made to order. While most orders ship within 48 hours, the lead-time for paint made to match Pantone PMS 1595 C depends on the type of paint needed. Interior and exterior house paints usually ship within 1 to 3 business days, while custom spray paint typically takes 3-5 business days to ship. The transit time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. If your need is immediate, select Expedited Production during checkout. Most expedited production orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Please contact MyPerfectColor if you are concerned about a specific deadline. We do our best to make sure you get your paint on time. Learn more about paint lead times at MyPerfectColor.
Can I use the Pantone PMS 1595 C for touch up?

Unfortunately, no.

Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.

The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

How do I convert PMS 1595 C to a different color from another paint company?

While MyPerfectColor can provide PMS 1595 C in paint, we don't provide any crossover information. We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
