PMS 362 U is a Pantone PMS reference, so the color target is defined by the Pantone standard, not by a specific paint formula. For pop-ups or retail environments, plan to test a physical sample made with the same product format and finish you intend to install. Evaluate the sample under the actual lighting where it will be used, since retail lighting can shift how saturated greens like PMS 362 U appear.

If the installation is large or high-visibility, confirm coverage and uniformity with a multi-coat sample on the real substrate. This helps avoid surprises related to hide, sheen, or lighting interaction before committing to a full run.

Coverage for PMS 362 U spray paint depends on surface texture, spray technique, and number of coats. As a planning estimate, a single standard spray can often covers about a dozen square feet per coat on a smooth, sealed surface.

Highly saturated Pantone greens like PMS 362 U may need additional coats for even color and full hide, especially on darker or uneven substrates. Always build in extra material and test coverage on a sample panel before ordering quantities for a project.

If the project involves permanent retail environments, multiple substrates, or formal brand approval, it is wise to order and approve physical samples first. This confirms that the PMS 362 U match meets expectations under real lighting and material conditions.

Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.

The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.
