PMS 1767 U is a Pantone PMS color specified as a visual standard rather than a paint formula, commonly referenced in branding and display contexts. It presents a friendly, lively, warm, noticeable, and contemporary vibe without appearing overly dark or muted.
The color appears mid-light, with an LRV of 54.95. It reads warm within the red-pink hue family and shows moderate to high saturation with clear chroma. A soft pink undertone helps reduce harshness compared to deeper reds.
PMS 1767 U works well on smooth, well-prepared surfaces where even color development is important for brand accuracy. As a moderately saturated color, it may benefit from a light or white primer to support uniform coverage and reduce show-through, especially over darker substrates. Finish and lighting can noticeably affect how warm or vivid the color appears, so evaluating a painted sample in the intended environment can help confirm expectations.

Pantone PMS 1767 U spray paint is produced to visually match the Pantone color standard, not to meet a specific durability rating. Actual durability depends on surface preparation, the paint system selected, whether a compatible clear topcoat is used, and the exposure environment.
For indoor displays, signage, and brand experiences, the spray paint typically performs well when applied to a properly prepared surface. For outdoor or high-contact environments, consider using a more durable paint type or adding a clear coat, and test the full system before committing to production.
Start by making sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust, grease, or release agents. Smooth, non-porous surfaces often benefit from light scuffing to improve adhesion, while porous surfaces should be properly sealed or primed as needed.
Always apply a small test area first to confirm adhesion, coverage, and visual appearance. This is especially important for Pantone PMS 1767 U, since surface texture and base color can influence how the color is perceived.
Pantone PMS 1767 U is a standardized color reference used to communicate an exact visual target across vendors, materials, and production methods. It helps ensure that brand colors appear consistent on displays, signage, prototypes, and marketing environments.
When ordering paint matched to PMS 1767 U, the goal is visual alignment with the Pantone standard, not an exact material or finish match. Reviewing samples under your intended lighting and substrate conditions is recommended for brand-critical applications.
Expedited production options are typically available at checkout for Pantone PMS 1767 U paint when timing is critical. This shortens production time but does not change the color matching process.
If you have a fixed delivery deadline or a brand launch date, it is best to contact MyPerfectColor before ordering to confirm current lead times and whether expedited production will meet your schedule.
Unfortunately, no.
Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.
The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

While MyPerfectColor can provide PMS 1767 U in paint, we don't provide any crossover information. We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
