Pantone™ PMS 363 C

Before committing to large-scale use of PMS 363 C in retail or event environments, test a sample in the actual space under final lighting conditions. PMS 363 C is a vivid, dark green that can show color shifts under different lighting, especially between cool and warm sources. Sampling ensures you confirm both appearance and durability before a full rollout. For installations exposed to high traffic or demanding conditions, consider finish and substrate compatibility for best longevity. For PMS 363 C, multiple light coats are recommended rather than one heavy application, due to the color's strong saturation and tendency to require build for full coverage. Allow sufficient drying or flash time between coats to prevent runs and ensure even finish. This process helps achieve a uniform and brand-accurate result with minimized risk of patchiness, especially when painting over pale or uneven surfaces.

PMS 363 C is specified using the Pantone Matching System, which is unique and not designed to directly cross-reference with other paint brands. While some brands may offer colors that appear similar, these are rarely true matches, especially for vivid or saturated greens like PMS 363 C. For reliable brand or project consistency, order paint made specifically to match PMS 363 C, not an approximate substitute from another manufacturer's palette.

PMS 363 C is available as custom spray paint and in several other paint formats designed for branding, marketing, and display use. Depending on your project, you can order spray paint for large surfaces, paint pens and brush-in-cap bottles for detail work, or specify other coating types where supported. Choose the format that best aligns with your application scale, surface, and desired finish.

Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.

The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

The 11oz spray will cover about 20 square feet per coat. Keep in mind that it is difficult to gauge how much spray you'll need as it is highly dependent on how it is applied. It is better to have too much than run short.

We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
