PMS 372 U is a Pantone PMS color that reads as a pale, open green with a clean, natural feel. The overall impression is light and approachable, with a contemporary tone that avoids strong visual weight.
The color appears very light, with an LRV of 76.32, and leans slightly warm due to its yellow-green bias. It has moderate saturation, keeping the appearance soft rather than vivid, with a gentle yellow undertone that prevents it from reading blue-green.
PMS 372 U works well in brand-facing elements where a light green is intended to feel friendly and unobtrusive, including displays, signage, and concept models. Because of its lightness, surface preparation and a light primer can help reduce show-through and improve uniformity, especially over darker or uneven substrates. Lighting conditions can shift its appearance, making it feel brighter in strong light or warmer in softer illumination.
Similar colors: PMS 371 U: slightly darker and softer, with a more muted green appearance.MyPerfectColor is the official licensee of Pantone and authorized to reproduce the Pantone™ PMS 372 U color in spray paint and other paints.

Ordering PMS 372 U paint means you are purchasing paint mixed to visually match the Pantone PMS 372 U color standard. Pantone PMS is a color communication system, not a paint formula, coating process, or finish specification.
The paint is custom-matched to the Pantone reference as a visual target. The final appearance can vary based on paint type, sheen, substrate, and lighting. Because of this, PMS 372 U paint should be evaluated in the actual application environment if exact brand approval is required.
PMS 372 U is a bright, saturated green, and colors in this range can have lower hide than neutral tones. This means the underlying surface may show through more easily.
In practice, PMS 372 U may require additional coats or a properly chosen primer to achieve uniform color and appearance. For brand-facing or high-visibility applications, applying a sample on the actual substrate is recommended to confirm coverage expectations before full production.
PMS 372 U is a color reference, not an indicator of where the paint can be used. Interior or exterior suitability depends entirely on the paint product you select, not the Pantone code itself.
When ordering PMS 372 U, choose an interior paint type for controlled indoor environments and an exterior-rated paint for exposure to weather, sunlight, and temperature changes. Selecting the correct paint type ensures performance expectations are met while maintaining the intended color appearance.
The Safety Data Sheet is not specific to PMS 372 U as a color. SDS documents are tied to the paint product and chemistry you choose, such as spray paint, epoxy, or other formats.
After selecting the specific paint type for PMS 372 U, the corresponding SDS can be found in the SDS library for that product. Always review the SDS for the exact product ordered to confirm handling and safety information.
Unfortunately, no.
Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.
The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

To make spray paint matched to Pantone PMS 372 U. MyPerfectColor uses an acrylic enamel which is a fast-drying durable coating suitable for interior or exterior use. MyPerfectColor custom spray paint enables you to conveniently achieve a professional spray-smooth finish in any color in any sheen. It sticks well to most surfaces including metal, plastics, powder-coatings, cabinets and primed or previously painted wood.
The 11oz spray will cover about 20 square feet per coat. Keep in mind that it is difficult to gauge how much spray you'll need as it is highly dependent on how it is applied. It is better to have too much than run short.
While MyPerfectColor can provide PMS 372 U in paint, we don't provide any crossover information. We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
