To avoid mistakes when ordering PMS 7695 C, always use the full Pantone code exactly as specified in your brand or project documents. For example, PMS 7695 C includes both the number and the suffix 'C,' which refers to the coated version of the color. Omitting the suffix or mixing up similar codes could result in receiving a different color. Double-check the code on your specification before placing your order to make sure it matches your intended Pantone reference.

PMS 7695 C paint is made to order to match the Pantone target. It is important to select the correct paint format, sheen, and quantity when placing your order, as custom items cannot typically be returned or exchanged. Sampling is strongly recommended for critical projects to confirm the finish and appearance is as expected under your lighting and on your substrate. Once production has begun, changes can be difficult or impossible, so review your details carefully before finalizing your order.

When evaluating a PMS 7695 C paint sample for brand approval, use consistent lighting that matches the installation environment, such as daylight or the specific type of indoor illumination planned. Apply the paint to the same substrate type and finish as the final application, and allow all coatings to fully dry and cure before making color judgments. This helps ensure that perceived color, gloss, and coverage are accurately represented for approval decisions.

For PMS 7695 C spray paint, apply multiple thin coats rather than a heavy single coat. Allow each layer to dry adequately before proceeding with the next, following general guidance for flash times between coats. This helps achieve uniform coverage and reduces the risk of runs or uneven appearance, especially with a color that is sensitive to sheen and coverage. Light, repeated coats will help deliver a finish that best represents the intended PMS 7695 C color target.

Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.

The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

The 11oz spray will cover about 20 square feet per coat. Keep in mind that it is difficult to gauge how much spray you'll need as it is highly dependent on how it is applied. It is better to have too much than run short.
