PMS 2426 C is part of the Pantone PMS System / collection. The color presents a vivid, cool, assertive, and technical vibe, often used where visual impact and brand consistency are priorities. With notably high saturation and a strong green character, this color delivers a striking look in marketing displays or brand environments.
PMS 2426 C appears somewhat dark, with an LRV of 18.81. The color has a cool overall tendency due to its position on the green spectrum. Saturation is high, resulting in a bold, vivid appearance. A subtle blue undertone is perceptible, giving the green a crisp, modern feel. The color’s visual intensity may be sensitive to finish, with higher gloss increasing the perceived vibrancy. Lighting conditions can affect its apparent depth and chromatic strength.
PMS 2426 C works well when a project requires a strong, memorable, and consistent brand color with a cool, green emphasis. Confirm visual suitability with a physical sample, especially under the lighting and finish that will be used in the final setting, as this color’s appearance can shift considerably depending on gloss level and ambient light. Compared to other saturated greens, PMS 2426 C stands out as cooler and more chromatic, which may cause it to behave more intensely than similar, less saturated options. Plan for multiple coats for uniform coverage, as highly saturated shades may have lower hide.

To avoid any mix-up, always use the full Pantone code 'PMS 2426 C' when ordering. The code is the official standard for color target communication. Do not rely only on the color name or a partial code, as similar names can refer to very different Pantone colors. Confirm that the suffix, such as 'C' for coated, matches your brand specification.
The SDS for paint in Pantone PMS 2426 C depends on the specific product type, such as spray paint or epoxy, rather than the color code. To locate the SDS, visit the SDS library for your chosen product format or contact customer support with your order details.
Unfortunately, no.
Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.
The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.
