Pantone™ PMS 467 C

PMS 467 C is a Pantone standard for color communication, but does not specify gloss, texture, or substrate conditions. When used for new branded displays or components, it provides a clear color target. For touch-up on existing coatings, using PMS 467 C is not recommended because the original finish may have aged, may contain custom ingredients, and may look different depending on lighting and material. Pantone codes alone do not ensure an invisible repair and are not intended for use as a substitute for precise finish or OEM touch-up specifications.

PMS 467 C paint is custom mixed for each order to ensure accurate color matching. Production lead time can range from a few days to over a week depending on the paint format you select and current production volume. If you have a tight schedule for a marketing or brand installation, place your order as early as possible. Lead times can be longer for larger orders or specialty finishes.

The way PMS 467 C looks can vary noticeably under different lighting types such as daylight, fluorescent, or LED. For brand installations, displays, or retail spaces, always evaluate a sample of PMS 467 C in the actual lighting conditions it will be used. Cooler light may make the color look more muted, while warmer light can enhance yellow-beige tones. For the most accurate result, test the paint on the intended substrate and view it under site lighting at various times of day.

Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.

The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

The 11oz spray will cover about 20 square feet per coat. Keep in mind that it is difficult to gauge how much spray you'll need as it is highly dependent on how it is applied. It is better to have too much than run short.

While MyPerfectColor can provide PMS 467 C in paint, we don't provide any crossover information. We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
