PMS 3375 C from the Pantone PMS System is a light, saturated cyan-green often viewed as bright, fresh, clean, and attention-getting. The color projects a modern, technical, and lively vibe, making it suited for applications where visibility and distinctiveness are required in branding and marketing assets.

PMS 3375 C appears light in value (LRV 62.16), providing high visual brightness. The color has a cool tendency consistent with its hue angle (green-cyan). PMS 3375 C is perceived as high in saturation, contributing to its vividness. The undertone is notably cool and mint-like, with minimal yellow content. The color is sensitive to finish, with gloss increasing vibrancy and matte finishes appearing more subdued.

PMS 3375 C works well in brand and marketing contexts where a fresh, energetic, and highly visible color is needed. Evaluate on actual substrates and in intended lighting, as the color’s brightness and saturation are affected by environmental factors and finish type. It often stands out more strongly than other comparable greens and can shift toward a more subdued or chalky appearance if applied thinly or on unsuited surfaces. Proper surface preparation and adequate coverage are necessary to maintain uniform appearance.

PMS 339 C – Darker and somewhat deeper in tone, resulting in a stronger and slightly more serious presence.

PMS 3258 C – Somewhat more blue-toned and cooler, with increased chromaticity.

PMS 352 C – Noticeably lighter and much less saturated, resulting in a delicate and pastel effect.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pantone™ PMS 3375 C

Why might Pantone PMS 3375 C look different on plastic, metal, or wood surfaces?

Pantone PMS 3375 C may appear different on plastic, metal, wood, or other materials due to how each substrate absorbs and reflects paint. Factors like absorption, surface texture, and gloss can change the way this light, saturated green is perceived. For the most accurate and brand-consistent result, evaluate PMS 3375 C directly on the final material using the intended paint finish. This helps you see how the color responds to surface and lighting conditions before committing to full production.

What precautions are needed when applying PMS 3375 C to plastics or materials like polypropylene?

When using Pantone PMS 3375 C on plastics or other low-surface-energy materials, be aware that proper adhesion can be challenging. Many plastics need specific primers or surface treatments to ensure that the paint bonds effectively and delivers a consistent appearance. Always test PMS 3375 C on the actual plastic substrate before moving to larger production. This helps confirm both color and durability on your specific material.

What exactly am I ordering when I choose Pantone PMS 3375 C paint?

When you order Pantone PMS 3375 C paint, you are getting a product made to visually match the standardized PMS 3375 C color target from Pantone. The Pantone code defines a color reference, not a specific coating formula or application method. For best results in branding, displays, or marketing use, confirm the color on actual project materials to ensure it meets your expectations.

How should I apply PMS 3375 C spray paint for a consistent result?

To achieve an even, vibrant finish with PMS 3375 C spray paint, apply multiple light coats instead of one heavy layer. Allow enough drying or flash time between coats to avoid runs and uneven coverage. Since this color is light and saturated, proper technique helps ensure uniform brightness and brand consistency, especially on large or highly visible surfaces.

How quickly will I receive my paint matched to Pantone PMS 3375 C?
All paint is custom-made to order. While most orders ship within 48 hours, the lead-time for paint made to match Pantone PMS 3375 C depends on the type of paint needed. Interior and exterior house paints usually ship within 1 to 3 business days, while custom spray paint typically takes 3-5 business days to ship. Can I use the Pantone PMS 3375 C for touch up?

Unfortunately, no.

Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.

The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

How do I convert PMS 3375 C to a different color from another paint company?

While MyPerfectColor can provide PMS 3375 C in paint, we don't provide any crossover information.
