• Aerosols: A standard 11-12 oz can typically yields ~20 sq ft at 1-2 medium coats on smooth, primed metal. Reduce for textured or porous surfaces.
• Coats: RAL 6008 is a dark shade with good hide, but uniform appearance on large areas usually requires 2 medium coats over a compatible primer for consistent sheen.
• Surface/texture: Rough or orangepeel textures and edges consume more material; add 25-50% to estimates.
• Repairs: Feather and spotprime bare metal/plastic. Thin films can look lighter/duller on dark colors due to sheen/telegraphing; do not stretch material to meet area.

Specify target DFT, gloss, and substrate when ordering so product choice aligns with these coverage expectations.

• Confirm the system: RAL 6008 Brown Green is from RAL Classic (4digit). Do not substitute with RAL Design or RAL Effect numbers.
