Through Federal Express Ground and Home Delivery, MyPerfectColor offers next day delivery to New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Delaware, Maryland and DC. (western PA and western NY excluded).

Most orders ship the same day, but this depends on the time of day the order is placed, the day of week, order volume and product inventory availability.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Fedex Ground shipments are delivered Monday through Friday, Fedex Home shipments are delivered Tuesday through Saturday.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
MyPerfectColor.com takes great care in preparing shipments for safe and effective delivery. We use high-quality crush resistant boxes and seal all cans with plastic overseals to prevent cans from opening during shipment. That said, when the rare occurance of a damaged box occurs, here is what you need to do.
- If the damage is concealed, then Federal Express will have to inspect the package. Please call 1-800-Go-Fedex and tell them you received a product with concealed damage and they will tell you what to do. Once we receive the claim we will resend the merchandise.
- If the damage is not concealed, Federal Express will usually not send the package and will notify MyPerfectColor of the problem, and we will resend the merchandise right away.
In either of these cases, MyPerfectColor will not need anything sent back to us.
When do orders ship and when will I receive my order?
All MyPerfectColor orders are processed and boxed for shipment daily between 8AM and 5PM EST Monday through Friday, usually within an hour or two of the order being placed.
Federal Express shipments are picked up Monday through Friday between 4PM and 4:30PM. Most orders placed by 3PM Monday through Friday will be shipped the same day. USPS shipments usually ship the following day after the order is placed.
Federal Express Ground and Home Delivery average delivery times between 1 to 5 days. Since MyPerfectColor.com is located in New Jersey, 98% of orders shipping to a destination anywhere from Washington DC to Massachussetts will be received the next day. Deliveries to California usually take between 3 to 5 days to arrive.
Federal Express Ground only goes to business addresses and is delivered Monday through Friday.
Federal Express Home Delivery goes to residential addresses only and is delivered Tuesday through Saturday.
Federal Express 2nd Day and Overnight shipments are guaranteed to be received within the specified time and are delivered to either residential or business addresses Monday through Saturday.
USPS shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday and take from 5 to 7 days.
Once an order is shipped by MyPerfectColor.com, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
When will I get my order, and when will the shipment leave MyPerfectColor.com?
Most orders placed Monday through Friday ship the same day. Orders placed after 3:00PM on a weekday or on a weekend, will often ship the next business day (unless the item ordered indicates a shipping time other than within 24 hours).
How are "Days" counted?
Residential deliveries count Saturday as a shipping day, but not Monday. And business address deliveries do not count Saturday but do count Monday.
What is the return policy?
Since all paint (including samples) is custom made to order, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be offered. In the event MyPerfectColor makes a mistake, please contact customer service for a replacement or refund.
Colors images displayed on the website show approximate color only and are not intended to show exact paint color. Variations in monitors and monitor calibrations will affect the display of colors on the website. Benjamin Moore colors are based on formulations prepared by Benjamin Moore.
Color formulations for non-Benjamin Moore color formulations are calculated matches based on color paint chips (fandecks) from the original manufacturer of the color. Since all color chips are affected by age, light, heat, and mechanical coating processes, paint color chips may vary slightly in color, or finish from the actual paint in the container. The paint used to match colors is Benjamin Moore so the finish of the paint may also vary from the original.
Depending on clarity and depth of color, some colors may require multiple coats.
MyPerfectColor limits its responsibility to the value of the paint and will only replace or refund the paint in the event of a mistake or extreme variation in color. We recommend that once you decide on the color based on the paint color sample, that you either order your paint directly from MyPerfectColor or bring the paint sample can with you to your local paint store and ask them to give you the color in the can. If you simply ask for the paint based on the paint color name, then due to the potential for variation as explained above, you may end up with a color that is slightly different than your paint color sample. Please always double check your paint colors before painting.
MyPerfectColor will not accept any responsibility for any differences between the paint color sample and paint bought at a local paint store. In the event of a mistake or an extreme difference in color, MyPerfectColor limits its responsiblity to the value of the paint purchased from MyPerfectColor.

How do I return my product?
Since each color is custom made at the time of order, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final. Please be sure you want the samples before placing your order. If you receive the incorrect color or item, please contact customer service.
What do I do if I received the wrong product?
If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
