• Expect normal variation from sheen/texture differences between powder and liquid coatings.
• If two parts will be directly adjacent and inspected together, request drawdowns or provide a control sample to confirm before production.

• Corrosion: remove rust to bright metal; treat and prime with a suitable primer for the substrate.
• Feather and degloss: lightly sand damaged edges and surrounding area to a uniform matte.
• Prime as needed: spot prime bare areas. A light-toned primer improves coverage for light ivory.
• Mask and apply thin coats; respect recoat windows and environmental limits per the product TDS.
• For critical work, confirm on a small area: color appearance, adhesion, and sheen match after full cure.

Acceptance tip: for small chips or non-critical areas, a close RAL 1015 color match is usually sufficient; for larger touch-ups adjacent to inspected panels, verify with a test panel first.
