PMS 2267 U is a Pantone PMS color commonly specified for brand and marketing applications where color accuracy and recognition matter. It presents as a bright, clean green with a modern, energetic, and youthful character that reads clearly in display and experiential contexts.
This color appears light with a measured LRV of 67.4 and leans cool in appearance. It shows high saturation with a clean green undertone and minimal earthiness, contributing to strong visual impact.
PMS 2267 U works well in brand-facing displays, signage, and exhibit elements where high visibility and freshness are desired. Its brightness and saturation can make surface preparation and even application important, as uneven substrates or low-hide finishes may show variation. Compared to deeper or more muted greens, it reads lighter and more vivid, which can amplify lighting effects and finish choice.
Similar colors:
Pantone 2266 U: slightly darker and less open, with reduced brightness.
Pantone 2270 U: more yellow-leaning and warmer in appearance.
Pantone 7481 U: lighter and softer, with lower saturation.

For pop-ups and retail environments, PMS 2267 U should be evaluated under the actual lighting where it will be installed. Lighting temperature and intensity can change how a Pantone color appears, especially in brand-facing spaces. Before full production, apply the color to a representative substrate and view it in the installed environment. This helps confirm visual impact, coverage, and consistency at scale.
Pantone PMS codes define the color target, not durability or finish. Choose a paint format and finish appropriate for the installation conditions, and confirm acceptance through physical samples rather than relying on screen previews.
Sampling PMS 2267 U is recommended for high-visibility brand projects, large installations, or any application requiring formal brand approval. Sampling is especially important when the color will appear across multiple materials or large surfaces.
Physical samples allow you to evaluate coverage, finish, and appearance under real lighting. This reduces brand risk and helps confirm that the Pantone match is acceptable before committing to full production.
Yes. PMS 2267 U is the exact Pantone PMS code and includes the U suffix, which identifies the reference standard. The code, not a descriptive color name, is what defines the color target.
When ordering, always specify PMS 2267 U exactly. Omitting or changing the suffix can result in a different reference and an incorrect color match. Pantone PMS codes are communication standards, not paint formulas, so accuracy in ordering is critical.
PMS 2267 U can be matched for use on plastics, but plastics vary widely in surface energy and adhesion behavior. Some materials may require specific primers or surface preparation to achieve proper adhesion.
Always test the Pantone-matched paint on the actual plastic or substrate before production. Sampling confirms adhesion, appearance, and acceptance, and helps avoid issues during installation or use.
Unfortunately, no.
Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.
The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

To make spray paint matched to Pantone PMS 2267 U. MyPerfectColor uses an acrylic enamel which is a fast-drying durable coating suitable for interior or exterior use. MyPerfectColor custom spray paint enables you to conveniently achieve a professional spray-smooth finish in any color in any sheen. It sticks well to most surfaces including metal, plastics, powder-coatings, cabinets and primed or previously painted wood.

While MyPerfectColor can provide PMS 2267 U in paint, we don't provide any crossover information. We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
