PMS 567 U is a Pantone PMS color specified as a deep, muted green within the Pantone Matching System. It conveys a restrained, serious, low-contrast vibe that reads cool, dense, controlled, and understated in brand-facing environments.
The color appears very dark, with an LRV of 4.75. It leans cool with a noticeable green-blue tendency and maintains low to moderate saturation that avoids brightness.
PMS 567 U works well in applications where a dark brand color is needed without the visual sharpness of black or navy. Its depth can reduce contrast in dim lighting, and higher-sheen finishes may emphasize surface irregularities, so careful surface preparation and test samples are recommended.
Similar colors:
Pantone 568 U: slightly lighter and more open, with less visual density.
Pantone 560 U: darker and more neutral, with reduced green clarity.
Pantone 3435 U: marginally brighter and greener, with more apparent saturation.

Yes. PMS 567 U is a Pantone PMS color, which means it functions as a brand-standard color target rather than a paint formula. For signs, displays, and exhibit components, it is commonly used to communicate the intended brand color across vendors and materials.
Because fabrication materials and finishes vary, the most reliable approach is to evaluate a sample of PMS 567 U on the actual substrate and finish being used. This confirms the visual result before committing to a full production run.
For brand approval workflows, ordering a small sample matched to PMS 567 U is strongly recommended before large builds. Review the sample under the lighting conditions where the finished piece will be installed and on the real substrate.
This process helps stakeholders confirm that the perceived color aligns with brand expectations and reduces the risk of rework if the color looks different at scale or under different lighting.
Yes. Even when the color target remains PMS 567 U, changing the finish can significantly affect how the color is perceived. Glossier finishes typically appear darker and more saturated, while matte finishes can appear lighter or flatter.
Because these shifts can make the color seem different, it is best to compare samples in the exact finish planned for production rather than assuming all sheens will look the same.
Pantone PMS colors like PMS 567 U are intended for brand color reproduction, not for precision touch-up or part-specific matching. Existing parts may have aged, faded, or been produced with a different material or process.
If an exact visual match to an existing piece is required, the correct path is to match directly to a physical sample of that part. This avoids relying on a Pantone reference where the original color conditions no longer apply.
Unfortunately, no.
Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.
The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

MyPerfectColor custom spray paint enables you to conveniently achieve a professional spray-smooth finish in any color in any sheen. It sticks well to most surfaces including metal, plastics, powder-coatings, cabinets and primed or previously painted wood.

While MyPerfectColor can provide PMS 567 U in paint, we don't provide any crossover information. We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
