PMS 7567 C belongs to the Pantone PMS system, widely used in brand identity, display fabrication, and industrial design. This color reads as robust, grounded, and utilitarian, with a professional and technical vibe. It presents a muted, natural impression, effective for creating visual warmth and stability in branded environments.

PMS 7567 C appears relatively dark, with a low light reflectance value (LRV 11.71). The color is warm in tendency, showing a yellow-brown hue. PMS 7567 C has moderate-to-high saturation, producing a strong, earthy character. The undertone is a muted ochre, neither overly golden nor overtly red. This color can display sensitivity to gloss level—higher sheens may slightly amplify its yellow notes, while lower sheens reinforce its muted, earthy quality.

PMS 7567 C works well where a strong, grounded color is needed for branded spaces, displays, or signage that must evoke stability and approachability. For best results, view this color in the intended lighting context and finish, as it can darken further in low light or matte sheens. Coverage is typically consistent, but as with many saturated colors, uniform primer application may help standardize results across surfaces. PMS 7567 C stands apart from lighter tan or beige tones due to its visual weight, and is notably earthier and more muted than saturated yellows or oranges.

Similar colors:
PMS 7557 C – Slightly darker and deeper, leaning further into brown; less yellow warmth.

PMS 7550 C – Lighter and more golden, with a noticeably higher yellow content.

PMS 1245 C – Warmer and more orange-toned, lighter and less earthy overall.

Frequently Asked Questions About Pantone™ PMS 7567 C

What should I expect in terms of durability when using PMS 7567 C as spray paint for branded environments?

Durability for spray paint matched to PMS 7567 C depends on several factors including how well the substrate is prepared, the type of paint or topcoat used, and where the finished item will be displayed. For indoor brand displays, a standard spray paint may work well if surfaces are properly cleaned, primed, and a protective topcoat is used for extra resistance. If the item will be used outdoors or in a high-traffic setting, choose a spray paint rated for exterior use and consider a clear protective topcoat to enhance durability against weather and wear. Reviewing the product data for your selected paint format and selecting based on your environment is key to achieving the targeted brand look and longevity.

How should I use a sample of PMS 7567 C in a brand approval workflow before ordering larger quantities?

To ensure PMS 7567 C will achieve the approval you need for branding, order a small sample in the same paint format and sheen you intend to use. Apply the sample to the actual substrate material and evaluate the color in the lighting conditions found at the install location. This approach helps confirm that the painted result aligns with brand expectations and allows stakeholders to sign off before you invest in larger batches for fabrication or installation.

What is the best approach to use PMS 7567 C for prototyping or concept models that require accurate brand color representation?

For prototyping with PMS 7567 C, select a paint format that matches your modeling needs, such as spray paint for broad surfaces or paint pens for detail work. It is important to test PMS 7567 C on your actual prototype material, since color appearance can vary with surface texture and reflectance. Evaluate the result under the lighting conditions your concept will be displayed in. This process helps ensure your concept or prototype accurately reflects brand standards before advancing to production.

Where can I find the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for paint made in PMS 7567 C?

The Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for PMS 7567 C paint is specific to the paint type (such as spray paint, urethane, or other formats), not to the color itself. To obtain the SDS, select the exact product format you plan to use and refer to the SDS section provided on the product page or in the SDS library. This ensures you have the correct safety and handling information for the paint you will be using.

Can I use the Pantone PMS 7567 C for touch up?

Unfortunately, no.

Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.

The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.
