PMS 376 C from the Pantone PMS collection is widely recognized for its energetic, attention-getting presence on displays and branded materials. The color has an assertive, fresh, and contemporary vibe that reads as clean and technical while preserving a cheerful, visible quality. It is often selected by visual identity teams for situations demanding clear differentiation and modern, forward-leaning visual language.
PMS 376 C presents as a vivid medium-light yellow-green. The color has a moderately low light reflectance value (LRV: 39.34), making it moderately light but not pastel. This color exhibits a strong warm tendency influenced by its distinct yellow cast. PMS 376 C is highly saturated and chromatic, with little gray or muted undertone. The undertone is distinctly yellow, with minimal coolness. High saturation and lightness make the finish and sheen choice especially influential on perceived brightness and vibrancy. Color appearance can shift significantly with different lighting sources, especially under warm or neutral artificial light.
PMS 376 C is frequently associated with retail display elements, trade show graphics, and event materials needing visually assertive branding. This color is often used for wayfinding, directional graphics, and activation signage to ensure strong visibility and quick recognition.
PMS 376 C works well for applications requiring a bold, modern visual statement or brand alignment with energetic, forward-facing messaging. For best results, evaluate the color in the intended location and lighting, as shifts in ambient light can influence its yellow-green balance and vibrancy. Surface preparation is critical for even coverage, as highly chromatic greens often require multiple coats to avoid unevenness or streaking. Compare sample applications against a physical Pantone guide to verify acceptability, particularly when matching other branded touchpoints. Compared to other similar colors, PMS 376 C will appear more yellow and warmer, with less muted nuance.
This Pantone PMS color is defined by the Pantone Matching System standard. Evaluate the color using a physical Pantone reference and a real paint sample in the intended lighting and finish. Paint appearance varies by finish and lighting.

Pantone PMS 376 C is a vivid yellow-green that can shift noticeably in appearance based on the finish you select. Glossy finishes increase the perceived brightness and make the color look more saturated and vibrant, while satin or matte finishes soften the look and may make the color appear slightly duller or less intense. Because PMS 376 C has high chroma and a yellow undertone, sheen differences are especially visible under direct lighting. For the most accurate brand alignment, evaluate a sample of PMS 376 C in the intended sheen and lighting before finalizing your order.
Pantone PMS 376 C is highly saturated and can have lower hide compared to less vivid colors. For best results and even coverage, plan for multiple coats, especially when painting over contrasting colors or unprimed surfaces. Using a white or light-tinted undercoat can improve uniformity and reduce the risk of streaking or unevenness. Test coverage on your actual substrate to confirm the number of coats needed before large-scale application.
Pantone PMS 376 C is often specified for signs, displays, and exhibits because it provides a standardized brand color target that ensures visual consistency across fabrication vendors and materials. When exact color matching to PMS 376 C is required, samples should be prepared and reviewed on the actual materials and finishes used in the project. Lighting and substrate can influence the perceived color, so physical comparison to a Pantone guide helps verify acceptability for branded environments.
The Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for paint in Pantone PMS 376 C depends on the specific paint product and not the color code itself. To find the correct SDS, identify the paint type and format you are using for PMS 376 C, then access the SDS library or request documentation for that product. Always review the SDS provided for the chosen material before application to ensure safety and compliance in your project setting.
Unfortunately, no.
Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.
The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.
