Pantone™ PMS 376 C

Pantone PMS 376 C is a vivid yellow-green that can shift noticeably in appearance based on the finish you select. Glossy finishes increase the perceived brightness and make the color look more saturated and vibrant, while satin or matte finishes soften the look and may make the color appear slightly duller or less intense. Because PMS 376 C has high chroma and a yellow undertone, sheen differences are especially visible under direct lighting. For the most accurate brand alignment, evaluate a sample of PMS 376 C in the intended sheen and lighting before finalizing your order.

Pantone PMS 376 C is highly saturated and can have lower hide compared to less vivid colors. For best results and even coverage, plan for multiple coats, especially when painting over contrasting colors or unprimed surfaces. Using a white or light-tinted undercoat can improve uniformity and reduce the risk of streaking or unevenness. Test coverage on your actual substrate to confirm the number of coats needed before large-scale application.

When exact color matching to PMS 376 C is required, samples should be prepared and reviewed on the actual materials and finishes used in the project. The Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for paint in Pantone PMS 376 C depends on the specific paint product and not the color code itself. To find the correct SDS, identify the paint type and format you are using for PMS 376 C, then access the SDS library or request documentation for that product. Always review the SDS provided for the chosen material before application to ensure safety and compliance in your project setting.

Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.

The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

The 11oz spray will cover about 20 square feet per coat. Keep in mind that it is difficult to gauge how much spray you'll need as it is highly dependent on how it is applied. It is better to have too much than run short.

We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
