PMS 7568 C is part of the Pantone PMS system, a standard for brand and design color communication. Visually, it presents as a dark, earthy yellow-brown with an understated and practical character. The overall vibe is grounded, muted, stable, and warm, well-suited for applications where visual weight and subtlety are important.
- PMS 7568 C appears notably dark, with a low measured LRV of 10.06 supporting this perception. - The color shows a warm tendency, with prominent yellow and brown influences. - This color has moderate chroma, offering muted saturation rather than high vibrancy. - PMS 7568 C demonstrates a subdued undertone, not overtly yellow, but rather balanced with brown. - The color may show sensitivity to finish, with glossier sheens enhancing its warmth and matte finishes deepening its muted look.
PMS 7568 C is selected when a more withdrawn, substantial color is required for branded spaces, signage, or display elements. It works well where lighter yellows would feel too bright or informal and darker browns too heavy or somber. When selecting this color, consider lighting conditions, as warm or low light can intensify its brown notes while cool light situations may flatten the warmth. Application on clean, primed surfaces is recommended for color fidelity, and multiple coats may be needed for uniform appearance in highly saturated or textured substrates.

For PMS 7568 C in pop-up shops or retail installations, consider both durability and appearance. Evaluate the color under actual lighting conditions used in the space since PMS 7568 C may appear warmer or darker depending on the environment. Choose a paint format and finish suited to expected wear and cleaning needs. Sampling on your actual surface before full rollout is recommended to confirm both color consistency and performance. Allow proper curing times for full durability.
Ordering a sample of PMS 7568 C before large production reduces risk of visual mismatch and ensures stakeholders approve the color as it appears in your specific environment. Testing a sample on the installed substrate under actual lighting confirms the color will meet your brand standards and expectations. This step helps avoid costly rework that can happen if the final result looks different than Pantone references or design intent.
Proper surface prep is crucial for PMS 7568 C brand color accuracy and adhesion. Make sure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or loose particles. Lightly scuff glossy surfaces to improve adhesion if appropriate for your substrate. Apply primer if the surface is uncoated or has stains or color that may affect coverage. Test a small area first to verify the result. Good prep reduces unevenness and helps the color show as intended.

Unfortunately, no.
Some manufacturers specify Pantone colors as touch up for their products, but Pantone does not work well as a proxy for a touch-up solution (for a litany of reasons such as it doesn't include sheen and Pantone color tolerances are not tight enough for touch up). When we match Pantone colors we are matching to a swatch in a Pantone book - not to your product.
The only way we can provide a touch-up solution for your product is for you send us a part. We would use the part to create a touch-up grade match. Unfortunately, there isn't an effective way to 'spec' the color well enough to produce a touch up without the part.

While MyPerfectColor can provide PMS 7568 C in paint, we don't provide any crossover information. We've found that every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, especially for a color collection like Pantone which is designed for bright colors and inks.
