A match of Sico 3143-31 Coprin is a light, muted beige with a warm tan cast and a faint gray-beige softness. It reads quiet rather than bright, with low chroma and enough lightness to stay airy without looking stark.
MyPerfectColor custom spray paint matched to the selected Sico color can be used on vents, switch plates, speaker grilles, shelving brackets, handrails, mailbox parts, frames, and other small fixtures that need to blend with a painted surface. It also suits PVC trim pieces, hardware, and removable accessories where an even sprayed finish is easier than brushing into edges and openings.
Because the color is fairly light, dark or patchy substrates may influence coverage, and a second coat can help even out the result. Sheen, film build, and surface texture can also shift the way the warm undertone shows, so the final appearance may read slightly deeper or flatter depending on the finish.

Sico began as a small store producing commercial and industrial paints and varnishes in Quebec City. Now part of PPG Architectural Coatings, Sico continues to please customers with a broad array of colors.
MyPerfectColor is able match all of the Sico paint colors so you can find and enjoy the colors you love. MyPerfectColor uses its expert capabilities to recreate the original Sico color by matching the original Sico color books and swatches. MyPerfectColor is not using Sico paint.
The colors shown on this website are computer video simulations of the Sico Color and may not match Sico Color standards. Refer to Sico Publications to obtain the accurate color. Please know that MyPerfectColor is matching the original Sico color. If you intend to touch up paint that has been on your walls for years, know that your color has undoubtedly changed from the original due to exposure to light and age and the new paint may not match. You will achieve best results by re-coating the entire surface.

For metal or a surface with an older coating, clean first, then remove any rust, chalk, grease, or loose paint before you spray a match of 3143-31 Coprin. Light scuffing helps the new coating grip, but if the old finish is failing or badly damaged, more complete removal may be needed. The final look can shift if the old surface is glossy, rough, or uneven, so test the prep on a small area first.
If you are coating bare metal, use a primer suited to that substrate before applying the matched topcoat.
MyPerfectColor spray paint is typically dry to the touch within minutes, but that does not mean it is ready for full use. Plan to recoat in about 1 to 2 hours, and treat full cure or full handling strength as taking about 2 weeks. If you handle the part too soon, you can leave marks or slow the final cure.
For best results, separate the three milestones: dry to touch, recoat, and fully cured.
Plastics vary a lot, so test on the actual part before you commit to the full job. MyPerfectColor spray paint sticks well to most plastics, but using the MyPerfectColor primer can improve adhesion, especially on difficult or low-energy surfaces. Clean the part well first so mold release, dust, or oils do not interfere with bonding.
If the plastic is flexible, heavily textured, or unknown, do a small test panel on the real material and check adhesion before painting the finished item.
Confirm 3143-31 Coprin from a physical swatch, an original brand sample, or a known existing painted reference rather than from a screen alone. MyPerfectColor matches the original brand color standard, so the most important step is making sure the target color itself is correct before you order.
If you are matching an existing part, compare it to a real sample in the lighting where it will be used, then place the order only after you are satisfied that 3143-31 Coprin is the right reference.
The Safety Data Sheet is tied to the MyPerfectColor product and chemistry, not to the color name alone. If you need the SDS for a match of 3143-31 Coprin, check the MyPerfectColor Safety Data Sheets page for the exact product format you plan to buy.
Do not assume one SDS covers every format. Verify the SDS for the specific spray paint or other product you are ordering.

However, under the color image on a color page there is a link that says "Explore Colors". Clicking this link displays colors with similar values and you can look for any colors from the brand you want.
Keep in mind that this just shows similar colors based on the color values we have stored in our database. It doesn't mean it is the same or give any approximation about how close the color is. You can play around with the Hue, Lightness and Chroma sliders to expand the selection.
