Match of Sherwin Williams™ SW9662 Fresh Zest *

MyPerfectColor matches the original brand color reference, so confirm SW9662 Fresh Zest from a physical Sherwin Williams swatch or another known existing color reference before ordering. Screen viewing can shift the color, and the code by itself does not tell you the sheen, product line, or how an existing painted surface has aged.

The SDS is tied to the MyPerfectColor product or chemistry, not the color name alone. For SW9662 Fresh Zest, use the MyPerfectColor Safety Data Sheets page at https://www.myperfectcolor.com/Safety-Data-Sheets/33970.htm when you need handling or compliance information for the product you are ordering.

Coverage depends on the surface size, texture, hiding power, application method, and how many coats are needed. A typical can of spray paint covers about 20 square feet with one coat. Other paints typically cover between 400 and 600 square feet. If SW9662 Fresh Zest is going on a textured, porous, or darker surface, plan for extra paint so you do not run short.

Choose the sheen based on durability, cleanup, and how reflective you want the finished item to be. Lower gloss finishes usually hide texture and small surface flaws better, while higher gloss finishes are easier to wipe down and will make SW9662 Fresh Zest look more reflective. If the part will sit next to another painted surface, try to match the sheen as closely as possible to that surface.

Plastics vary widely, so test SW9662 Fresh Zest on the actual part before coating the full item. MyPerfectColor spray paint sticks well to most plastics, and using the MyPerfectColor primer can improve adhesion on difficult or low-energy surfaces. Clean the surface first, follow the prep steps for the material, and test a small area before you commit to the whole project.

MyPerfectColor has an original sample of the Sherwin Williams SW9662 Fresh Zest in its color archive. This enables us to make paint and verify that it matches the original.

Please note that if your material is not new then the paint may not work for touch up as your material has aged and is likely different than it was when new. While MyPerfectColor can provide paint matched to the Sherwin Williams SW9662 Fresh Zest, we don't provide any crossover information because this is a subjective determination. Every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, so determining which color is the best approximation is a judgement call.

However, under the color image on a color page there is a link that says "Explore Related Colors". Clicking this link displays colors with similar values and you can look for any colors from the company you want.

Keep in mind that this just shows similar colors based on the color values we have stored in our database. It doesn't mean it is the same or give any approximation about how close the color is. You can play around with the Hue, Lightness and Chroma sliders to expand the selection.
