If you are painting a larger item or a few matching parts, measure the area first and allow extra for overlap, edges, and second coats. Other MyPerfectColor paint formats typically cover about 400 to 600 square feet per gallon, but the right format depends on the part you are painting.

Choose the sheen based on how the item will be used, cleaned, and handled. Lower sheen usually reduces reflectivity and can make surface flaws less obvious, while higher sheen is often easier to wipe down and can offer better durability.

Keep in mind that gloss level changes how a match of Dulux 26D Butter will look on the finished part. If the item will sit next to other coated pieces, try to match the sheen as closely as you can, not just the color.
