Match of Dulux™ 069 Mango *

Dry-to-touch, recoat time, and full handling readiness are different stages. For spray paint, expect it to be dry to the touch within minutes, ready for recoating in about 1 to 2 hours, and fully cured in about 2 weeks. If you need to stack, assemble, or install the part soon after painting, plan around the cure time, not just the dry-to-touch time.

Choose the finish based on how the part will be used and how much reflectivity you want. Higher gloss finishes usually clean more easily but show surface flaws and texture more, while flatter finishes reduce shine and can hide small imperfections better. The same Dulux 069 Mango color can look a little different in different sheens, so if you are matching an existing item, try to match its current sheen as closely as possible.

Confirm the target color from a physical Dulux swatch, a known existing painted item, or another trusted original reference before you order. Screen images can shift the way Dulux 069 Mango appears, so on-screen viewing alone is not a reliable approval method. MyPerfectColor is matching the selected brand color reference, so verifying the reference first reduces the chance of ordering the wrong color.

Coverage depends on surface size, texture, hiding power, application method, and how many coats you need. As a planning guide, one can of spray paint typically covers about 20 square feet with one coat. If the project is larger, textured, or needs extra coats to hide the old finish, plan for more material than the simple square-foot estimate suggests. Other MyPerfectColor formats usually cover much more area, often about 400 to 600 square feet per gallon depending on the product and surface.

MyPerfectColor has an original sample of the Dulux 069 Mango in its color archive. This enables us to make paint and verify that it matches the original.

MyPerfectColor offers custom spray paint matched to Dulux 069 Mango which enables you to conveniently achieve a professional spray-smooth finish. It is difficult to gauge spray paint coverage because it depends on how you apply it and the amount of overspray, but generally the 11oz spray will cover about 20 square feet per coat.

MyPerfectColor uses an acrylic enamel which is a fast-drying durable coating suitable for interior or exterior use. This paint sticks well to most surfaces including metal, plastics, powder-coatings, cabinets and primed or previously painted wood.

While MyPerfectColor can provide paint matched to the Dulux 069 Mango, we don't provide any crossover information because this is a subjective determination. Every paint company offers its own unique selection of colors and rarely does a color have an exact equivalent in another company's color collection, so determining which color is the best approximation is a judgement call.

However, under the color image on a color page there is a link that says "Explore Related Colors". Clicking this link displays colors with similar values and you can look for any colors from the company you want.
