Coverage depends on the size of the part, the surface texture, how well the coating hides, how you apply it, and how many coats you need. As a planning guide, a typical spray can covers about 20 square feet with one coat. Other MyPerfectColor paint formats typically cover between 400 and 600 square feet per coat, but the actual amount can be lower on rough, porous, or heavily masked surfaces.

If you are coating a small fixture, trim piece, or removable part in 4-051 Montella, estimate the surface area first and allow extra for test spraying and second coats.

Confirm 4-051 Montella from a physical swatch, fan deck, labeled sample, or a known existing painted reference from the original Dulux color standard. Screen colors can shift with lighting and display settings, so they should not be the only approval source.

Yes. Finish changes reflectivity, and that can change how 4-051 Montella reads on the painted surface even when the color match is correct. The same color can look different on glossy versus lower-sheen coatings, and texture or substrate can also affect the result.

Choose the finish as a practical coating decision for the item you are painting, then expect the appearance of the matched color to reflect that finish on the final part.
