Let each coat flash or dry as directed for the specific product before adding the next coat. If you are spraying a small part, fixture, or accessory, test your technique on a scrap piece first so you can confirm the coverage and flow before coating the final item.

Not always. Lighting, sheen, surface texture, substrate color, and nearby surfaces can all change how 4752M Leaves reads after it is applied. A match to the original Duron color reference is the starting point, but the finished part can still look different from a swatch or screen image.

If the painted item will sit next to an existing coated surface, or if approval is sensitive, it is wise to test the finish on the actual material first. That helps you see how the color, sheen, and surface all work together before you commit to the final piece.

Choose the sheen based on how the item will be used and how much reflectivity you want. Lower sheens usually hide surface flaws better and look less reflective, while higher sheens are easier to wipe clean and will make 4752M Leaves read brighter and more reflective.

The same color match can look noticeably different from one sheen to another, so select the finish that fits the object and the level of wear it will see. If the item is being matched to an existing part, try to match the sheen as well as the color whenever possible.
