Match of Behr™ BXC-62 Alabaster *

Choose the sheen based on how the item will be used, how much cleaning it needs, and how much reflectivity you want. Lower sheens usually hide surface imperfections better, while higher sheens are typically easier to wipe down and will show more light reflection. Since gloss level can change how BXC-62 Alabaster reads on the finished item, make sure you order the finish that fits the surface and application, not just the color name.

Use the dry-to-touch time only as a first milestone. For best results, plan your project around the recoat window and avoid heavy use until the coating has had time to fully cure.

The same color can look lighter, warmer, or more reflective depending on whether it is on a small part, a large surface, or next to an older painted area.

Coverage depends on the size of the item, the surface texture, how much hiding power is needed, the application method, and how many coats you plan to apply. As a general rule, a typical can of spray paint covers about 20 square feet with one coat.

If you are coating a textured, dark, or uneven surface, plan for additional material. If your project includes several parts in BXC-62 Alabaster, it is safer to estimate by total surface area and allow extra for test spraying and second coats.
