Yes. Even when you order a match of Purple Haze, the finished item can look different after application because lighting, viewing angle, sheen, surface texture, and nearby colors all affect what the eye sees.

This matters most on parts that sit next to an existing painted surface or in a location with strong natural or artificial light. A new coating matched to Purple Haze is still a fresh surface, so it may not read exactly like an older, weathered, or faded finish.

Coverage depends on the surface size, texture, hiding power, application method, and how many coats you need. As a general planning guide, a typical can of spray paint covers about 20 square feet with one coat, while other paint formats typically cover between 400 and 600 square feet.

If you are coating rough, porous, dark, or uneven surfaces, plan for more material. Small parts, fixtures, and accessories may also need extra paint if you want even coverage of a match of Purple Haze.
