Choose the sheen based on how the item will be used, not just on the color name. A glossier finish is usually easier to wipe down and can look more reflective, while a flatter finish reduces shine but may be less durable in high-contact use.

Start with a clean, dry surface. Remove dust, grease, and any loose coating before painting Morocco Red, and use light scuffing where the surface type calls for better adhesion. Mask off areas you do not want coated, especially on hardware, trim pieces, vents, or removable parts.
