The gloss, texture, and condition of the old coating can still affect how 3B22-1 Quiet Hush looks after it dries, so test a small area when the surface is not uniform.

It can, but plastics vary a lot. MyPerfectColor spray paint sticks well to most plastics, but low-energy or unfamiliar plastics may still need the MyPerfectColor primer for Acrylic Enamel and a test on the actual part. Clean the surface well, let it dry, and do not assume one plastic will behave the same as another.

Use light, even coats and keep a consistent spray distance while overlapping each pass by about half. Avoid heavy wet passes because they can cause runs, uneven sheen, and a muddy-looking build. Since 3B22-1 Quiet Hush is a light color, darker or uneven substrates may need more than one coat to cover evenly. Let each coat flash before the next one and follow the product dry-time instructions.

Choose the sheen based on how the item will be used and how you want the finished surface to perform. Higher gloss is usually easier to wipe clean and reflects more light, while lower gloss reduces shine.
