Apply SW1259 Purple Rubiate in light, even coats rather than one heavy pass. Keep the spray moving, overlap each pass consistently, and hold a steady distance so the film builds evenly without runs, sags, or patchy sheen.

Heavy coats can make the color look muddy or uneven, especially on detailed parts, textured surfaces, or edges. Several thin coats are usually safer than trying to cover in one pass, particularly when you want a more uniform match on small objects, fixtures, or hardware.
