Coverage depends on the size of the item, surface texture, hiding power, application method, and how many coats you need. A typical can of spray paint covers about 20 square feet with one coat.

Other MyPerfectColor paint formats typically cover about 400 to 600 square feet, but rough, porous, dark, or heavily textured surfaces may require more product and extra coats.

Primer depends on the substrate, its condition, and the paint type you are using. On bare, repaired, glossy, or difficult surfaces, primer is often a good idea because it can improve adhesion and help the coating apply more evenly.

A primer never hurts and can only improve adhesion, but it is not always required. Check the prep guidance for the MyPerfectColor product format you plan to use.

The 11oz spray will cover about 20 square feet per coat. Keep in mind that it is difficult to gauge how much spray you'll need as it is highly dependent on how it is applied. It is better to have too much than run short.
