Match of Olympic™ A15-3 Sawdust *

MyPerfectColor makes a match of Olympic A15-3 Sawdust, but the finished look can still change after application. Lighting, sheen, surface texture, and nearby colors can all make the same matched color read a little differently on the final item.

If the A15-3 Sawdust match will sit beside an existing painted surface, test the color on the actual item first when possible. That is the safest way to judge whether the match and the surrounding finish will work for your project.

Use light, even coats instead of one heavy coat. Keep your pass consistent, overlap each pass slightly, and avoid stopping in one spot so the A15-3 Sawdust color does not build up unevenly.

Heavy spraying can cause runs, rough texture, or a muddy-looking finish. Let each coat flash off or dry according to the product directions before adding the next coat, and build coverage gradually until the match of A15-3 Sawdust looks even.

Coverage depends on the size of the item, the surface texture, the hiding power of the coating, and how many coats you need. A typical can of spray paint covers about 20 square feet with one coat, while other paints often cover about 400 to 600 square feet.
