Coverage depends on the size and texture of the item, the hiding power you need, the application method, and how many coats are required. A typical can of spray paint covers about 20 square feet with one coat, while many other paint formats cover about 400 to 600 square feet. If you are painting trim pieces, vents, pipe, hardware, or other small parts in Dulux 1301 Ultramarine, estimate by the total surface area and plan for extra paint if the surface is rough or the color underneath is dark or uneven.

Plastic can be a good candidate, but plastics vary a lot, so test on the actual material before committing to the full project. A glossier finish usually looks more reflective, while a flatter finish looks less shiny.
