Do I have to pay sales tax?

You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, or Virginia. Alternatively, if you are a manufacturer, reseller or government institution, we can set up your account as Sales Tax Exempt if you provide the proper documentation.

Do you offer credit terms?
We do offer net billing terms. Please contact us if you would like to apply.
 
What do I do if I have a question on my charges, or if I need a copy of my receipt/invoice?
  • If you are not logged in, first click "Login" atop the site.
  • If you are logged in, click the "Account" link atop the site.  Then click "My Orders" to review your orders. You can then compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance. 
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 3-5 business days to appear on your account.
 
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order.
