Touching up a wall

Good morning
Last night i painted one bedroom in my home Pale Smoke it was original Soft Fern. This morning I notice I missed a couple of spots and want to paint the spots I missed .

But here my concern I had this happen to me once before once I return to paint a spot I missed I will get a shade darker or spot I repaint does not blend in well .

That you can stand back and notice that the spot was touch up . Not sure if I not having the brush I use completly dry or if I need to repaint that whole wall over again so all will blend together well. Please tell me what I need to do to have a uniformed look with out paint a whole wall for one small spot that I missed.

Hi Gwen. Check out our expert tips on touching up
the section on painting should answer your question. Overall you should not need to touch uo the whole wall. Some paints are difficult to touch up, especially if they have a shine. The Benjamin Moore Aura paints are excellent for touching up and typically blend right in no problem. good luck!
