Solo Color Grayish without to much green for whole contemporary home

Have extremely volumetric contemporary home with 12' ceilings-all rooms painted white.
Want to change to one color something along a "revere pewter" or color that is not too cool gray buy have some other options. I can not stress enough how much natural ight comes in...these phots were taken at night and only show the LR/GR

House receives MASSIVE amounts of natural light so LRV is an issue...Any ideas...the Top Ten grays were not gray and don't want to go to industrial...Wifey is not interested in helping and I do need assistance....PS...SW had suggested Agreeable Gray SW7029

Thanks...Greg

Hi Greg,

I'm an interior designer in San Francisco, and without knowing where you live or the quality of light in your house, I have a suggestion.

I've had great lucy with Bejnamin Moore Abalone 2108-60. It is similar to Revere Pewter, but slightly lighter and a touch warmer. It is a nice warm grey that makes a great neutral backdrop, and looks great with white trim.

Hope that helps - I always recommend painting up a sample before committing to a whole wall.

Hello Greg,

Thanks for sharing the photos, it really helps to see the space. I understand your concerns about the amount of natural light coming in. I have a few suggestions for you to sample, from the Benjamin Moore Color Stories Collection. I've found that the Color Stories paints do well in all lighting situations, because they are created without black or gray tints, using only pigment. So you may find that the color holds up well against the massive amount of natural light you get during the day. By testing the colors on a sample board, or the wall, you can see how it will look during the day and night, and may find that you can go a bit darker than you first thought.

Here are some suggestions to sample. They are warm neutrals, with a gray vibe without being too industrial (nor too pink, which is what can happen when you're trying to find a warm gray neutral.)
