black & white kitchen ?? for wall color

doing a total remodel on kitchen...we have new floors which will be a really dark wood- white cabinet & lighting & hardware dark if not black. I'm leaning towards a gray color- want some color, but don't want to get tired of anything too soon

Have a look at Benjamin Moore Silver Bells. It's a beautiful, delicate gray, not too heavy on the walls and great with stainless appliances. Also have you thought about a caramel color? Roxbury Caramel looks amazing with white trim, so I think it would be good with white cabinets.
