Is there a label on the can with the formula? If so, it would be easy enough to have it blended for you. If not, it's in a database that a paint store can use to mix the color. Ideally, find a store that sells Pittsburg paint so that the base will be the same. Might be slight color variations otherwise but a good mixer could correct it. As a last resort if you can take a chip of the paint (about the size of a quarter) some places (Home Depot) can match it. Good luck.
