These colors would work well but not sure how to move forward.

Hi Kimberly,
I love the tile in your kitchen-great selection! Given that you already have a contrast between the white cabinets and the glass tile and counter, I would select one of the more neutral beige tones for the kitchen walls. You want the tile to be the "wow" factor, not the walls. I would avoid the Meditation color....too gray. I do love the Coriander Seed...try a sample on the kitchen walls and see - you can always have it mixed with 50% of the tint if the color is too dark (which it may be).
As for the blue shades, I personally love blue and brown together, so I think using a blue color for the living room is great! The Crystalline is a wonderfully soft shade and may lend itself well to the red furniture tones. Pull in some accessories that will tie the blues into the red furniture and I think you will have two beautiful spaces.
Thanks for dropping by - always happy to help with your color or design questions!! Take care!

color combination

hi there
i have coffee brown counter with brown subway tiles blue accent. in the kitcehn. in the living room i have blue wall with a tan fireplace, surrounded by walls of tan ( light khaki- to beige) both rooms join together. these colors seem to go well with our combination. can you suggest how we would paint to have everything blend well together. the walls in the kitchen are blue but more a bright sky blue. surrounded by white cupboards and beige walls. our furniture is red. thank you. kim

how to proceed

i love these colors, i believe they would go perfect with the colors we have in our kitchen and living room.. both rooms connect. My problem is how to use the colors in sync so it looks good.
the current color is a beige (between a tan and khaki but light) the counter is coffee granite, and the subway tiles are chocolate brown with blue accents. our furniture is red. your advise on how to coordinate these paint colors is appreciated. thank you so much. kim

I am not sure I understand the question. What room are you looking to paint?
