MyPerfectColor makes the color match. You might be interested in the custom color caulk. We can make caulk matched to the James Hardy Sky Gray color .
Go to the color page, click "select paint". once the paint types load scroll down to the bottom and you'll see an option for custom color caulk.
Thank you! I wish we had known about matching caulk at that time! Do you know if the James Hardie siding would have faded or remained true to color after 9 years?
It probably has faded. you can tell by comparing an exposed section to something that has been concealed (like behind a shutter).

James Hardie siding painting problem
Our James Hardi HardiPlank siding does not need painting after 9 years, but caulking was used which has become a different color, making it very visible and unsightly! We don't want to re-paint and void our warranty. Is Match of James Hardie Sky Gray paint actually MANUFACTURED by James Hardie? Is it possible to just use it on the caulking, or will the house color have changed slightly over 9 years?
