Your kitchen sounds beautiful with your Calcutta marble counter tops and white cabinets, very simple. Your monochromatic color combination can also work, with your darker color used for your kitchen and the lighter beige for your open wall area. Since you already have the Berber White selected I am assuming you want a punch of color for your kitchen. There are some options you can go with. Greens normally look more gray on a screen versus a swatch in a fan deck.
