Paint the two front wood columns white to add some more shape to your home. Paint all trim white. The colors and white will add architectural detail; therefore, your home will have more definition. Add some plants, but steer away from the bushes. In the front two columns maybe you can add some topiaries.
Remember sample your color because of outdoor conditions.

As for the columns add each topiary in front of the columns. Total two sculpted plant/bushes, can come in any shape or size.

Another similar option to consider is Currant Red. I did not realize Heritage Red was discontinued.

Thanks for the suggestions! I have been liking the blues. I also want to frame the windows for some more trim.

My house is in desperate need of a makeover. I am having some shutters made and I would like to stain them instead of paint. I'm leaning towards a red oak stain. I need suggestions on wall, trim, and door colors.
