After researching this for you, 'm unable to find any reference to a ColorPlace color called Sprig of Sage. The ColorPlace paints are a product of Walmart, and in the past few years, they have changed paint suppliers, and colors have changed as well.

Doing a search on MyPerfectColor.com, I found four paint colors with that name, all very similar at first glance: http://www.myperfectcolor.com/index.php?keyword=sprig+of+sage&submitsearch=Search&controller=CSearch&component=search&action=generalSearch

A sample of these colors can be purchased on each color page listed on that search results page, if you think that they might be similar to your original color. Most likely when you purchased your paint, ColorPlace was made by Sherwin-Williams. You might also take a look at similar Sherwin Williams colors, on the chance they absorbed that color into their collection when they left Walmart.
