Paint for my kitchen cabinets

I want to paint my kitchen cabinets. A website I found said I should us exterior paint - gloss not flat finish. I found samples of colors I want to try but not the right gloss and not exterior paints. Colors I like are: 1903 Bryce Canyon, A03 Brick Path, Warm Sienna 1203 -HELP!! By the way, your old website was easier to use - this one is frustrating.

Hi, I would not recommend using an exterior paint for the interior of your home. Exterior paints have additional mildewcides and other chemicals that are important for adding extra protection to your home from the elements, but not necessary and potentially harmful on the interior.

A fantastic paint to use is the new Benjamin Moore Advance (available in satin, semi-gloss or gloss)

The sheen is up to you. Shinier is more durable, but ultimately you should choose a sheen that you like. Semi-gloss is the most popular sheen for cabinets.

Please let us know what specifically you find frustrating with the site so we can either improve the site or explain how it works.

Thanks!
Jason
