Hi Barbara. I can't say why their color match didn't work for you. Have you tried bringing back there? We offer the Pella color matches. If you don't have luck fixing it through Lowe's let us know and we'll match it for you.
I am also trying to find the color match for my Pella storm door in cranberry to paint my exterior door. My Lowe's was not able to match it. The color they came up with was very purple. Do you have the Pella Cranberry color match?
