Rustoleum 8oz Rust Reformer converts rust into a smooth, paintable surface indoors or outdoors. It is a quick, easy treatment for light to moderate rust. Rust Reformer eliminates sanding to bare metal because the brush on formula neutralizes rust and inhibits its return. It can be top coated with lacquer or oil based paints (not latex based paints). It dries to touch in 20 - 40 minutes; to handle in 1 hour; recoat in 4 hours with alkyds, 3 days for lacquers or aerosols - Do not use latex paint. Clean up with water.
