Mail us a swatch, tell us your existing colors or e-mail pictures, and we'll help find your perfect color. Send us a swatch of your fabric, bedding, carpet, wallcovering or anything else you can mail and our expert design staff will select up to 10 colors to coordinate. We'll e-mail you our suggestions and mail you paint color chips our of recommendations.

 

There are three ways we do this:

1) Mail in a swatch of your fabric, bedding, carpet, wallcovering or anything else you can mail and our expert design staff will select the perfect color to coordinate. This is the best option since we'd be working with the actual colors in your home.

 

2) Mailing samples is not always an option. The next best option is to use a paint color fandeck to match the design elements in your home and then send this information to us in e-mail or in your order notes. This works very well since we can use these colors to develop suggestions. We prefer you to use Benjamin Moore colors since we know we'll have all the chips. This option is the fastest since we don;t have to wait for anything to reach us in the mail.

 

3) The third option would be to mail or e-mail a picture of your room. This is the least favorable option because photographs may not accurately represent your colors. If e-mailing, just reply to the order confirmation e-mail you'll receive and attach your photograph(s).

 

Please make sure you include notes about what you would like such as "please match the little blue dots" or "match the background but make it a little lighter". You can put this information in the order notes, or simply reply to your order confirmation e-mail. We'll evaluate your comments and swatches in order to select great coordinating/matching colors. Please make sure you include your order number along with your contact information and instructions with your swatches (if mailing).

* There is a shipping charge to return any sample swatches you send. We do not accept any responsibility for any lost samples. Please do not send anything that must be replaced if lost, or that has sentimental or monetary value. Although unlikely, we could lose any item you send us (or it could also be lost in the mail).

 

** Please be cautioned that if e-mailing pictures, we will not be working off the actual colors, only digital renditions of your colors which may vary from the actual colors. If you are trying to match a specific fabric and would like to be as accurate as possible, we suggest you mail us a fabric cutting.
