Regal Premium Interior 100% Acrylic Flat Finish Paint (N215)
Benjamin Moore Regal Flat Finish, formerly Benjamin Moore Regal Wall Satin Tint Bases only with Benjamin Moore Color Preview colorant. An elegant, easy to apply, flat finish for ceilings and low traffic areas. Provides a mildew resistant coating.
USE
- New or previously painted wallboard, plaster, masonry or wallpaper surfaces
- Primed or previously painted wood or metal
- New or coated acoustic ceilings
COVERAGE
- 400-450 sq. ft. (37.1-41.8 sq meters) per gallon, depending on the porosity and texture of the substrate
SURFACE PREPARATION
- Surfaces to be painted must be cleaned, dry, and free of wax, grease, scaling paint and mildew
- Glossy areas should be dulled
- Remove wall covering if there is evidence of bleeding colors
PRIMING
- For best results when a significant color change is desired, Regal Primer (N216) should be tinted to the approximate finish coat color. Certain deep custom colors may require a Deep Base Primer tinted to a special prescription formula to achieve the desired color. APPLICATION
- Use product if surface temperature is above 50 F (10 C)
Stir thoroughly before use; apply one or two coats
For best result, use a Benjamin Moore premium applicator for latex paints. Apply paint generously from unpainted area into wet area
This product can be applied by brush, roller or spray
DRYING
- Dries to touch: 1 hour. Recoat after 2 to hours
- Painted surfaces can be washed after 2 weeks; high humidity may prolong drying time
CLEAN UP
- Use soap and water
- Use Completely or Dispose Of Properly. Dry, empty containers may be recycled in a can recycling program. Local disposal requirements vary; consult your sanitation department or state- designated environmental agency or disposal options.
