Bad experience with Natura |

We used Natura semi-gloss for two bathrooms, a kitchen, and a service porch. There has been a lingering odor that smells like urine. But worst of all are very strong fumes that are not going away. It has been five weeks since we have painted. Also, in agreement with the previous reviewer, the coverage was not good. Our painter complained that when he touched up a spot, the entire wall had to be painted again because of streaks. We can not live in our house due to the fumes right now.

Bad Smell, Coverage and Terrible Customer Service |

I am SO DISAPPOINTED! After reading all about this wonderful, zero-odor paint, I purchased a gallon for my baby's room. The smell was so strong that it burned my lungs when I was done. It has been over a month, and there is STILL a smell in the room, even with two fans,an air purifier and an open window. The coverage wasn't that great, either. I looked on Benjamin Moore's website for a customer service number, only to find only an email form for complaints. I did an internet search for the number, called 3 different numbers and was disconnected each time. I gave in and sent an email complaint on the website. I got a call back IN A WEEK(!), and was told that a Ben Moore representative would come to smell the paint, since "Smell is subjective", I was told. It has been at least 3 weeks, and no one from the company has attempted to come to my house, let alone contact me. I am very disappointed in this product and this company, which did not live up to it's reputation.
